Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and systems engineering, with experience in various programming languages and technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients while ensuring the highest standards of quality and security.

Duties

Design and implement software applications using various programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, and Ruby on Rails.
Develop and maintain service-oriented architecture (SOA) and microservices to enhance system functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and design solutions that align with business objectives.
Perform ETL processes to manage data integration across different platforms.
Ensure cloud security measures are implemented for applications hosted on AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments.
Conduct system administration tasks including load balancing, firewall configuration, VPN setup, and DNS management.
Utilize continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to streamline development workflows.
Participate in Agile development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Conduct debugging and vulnerability assessments to identify and resolve security issues within applications.
Maintain documentation for system design, architecture, and operational procedures.

Skills

Salesforce and Pegasystems experience
Systems engineering principles
System design methodologies
Computer science fundamentals
Operating systems knowledge (Windows, Linux)
NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Cloud technologies including AWS and Azure
RESTful APIs and web services development (SOAP)
Networking concepts including computer networking, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP
Virtualization technologies such as VMware and ESXi
Programming languages including JavaScript, C++, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, Bash scripting
Development tools such as Git, Jenkins for CI/CD processes
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Knowledge of information security principles including system hardening and vulnerability management

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
