Position SummarY:
The IT Business Analyst - Contract Operations plays a key role in supporting the IT department’s contract lifecycle and vendor management processes. This role is responsible for coordinating contract renewals and related requests, ensuring alignment across IT teams, and contributing to process improvements and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and has a strong understanding of IT contracts, procurement workflows, and operations process analysis.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage IT contracts end-to-end, including renewals, terminations, requisitions, purchase orders, and compliance with IT/Legal standards.
Collaborate with IT, Legal, Security, Procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders to align contract terms, resolve issues, and support vendor management operations.
Build and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, track contract milestones, and ensure accurate documentation across internal systems.
Analyze IT operational workflows and performance data to identify inefficiencies, propose process/technology improvements, and optimize service delivery.
Support IT projects through requirements gathering, testing, deployment monitoring, and compliance with governance and regulatory standards.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in IT operations, vendor/contract management, procurement, or project coordination within healthcare or technology.
Strong knowledge of IT contracts, licensing models, procurement processes, and contract analysis.
Proficiency with ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
Experience supporting cross-functional IT projects and coordinating with product leaders and stakeholders.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
