We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with expertise in .NET to join our engineering team. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test software components for mission-critical command-and-control systems focusing on .NET and database technologies.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) to support application development and integration with databases.
Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures to ensure high performance and reliability.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to software and database performance.
Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
Stay current with software and technology advancements, proposing innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Expertise with Oracle, Postgres, or SQL Server database development: including SQL, schema design, and performance tuning.
Experience with software development methodologies.
Solid understanding of application-database integration and API development.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to travel, if required, to customer sites for testing, troubleshooting, and other end-user activities.

Ideal Candidate will also have one or more of the following:
Experience as a full stack engineer.
Experience with .NET related APIs (WinForms, WPF, MVC, etc)
Experience with Web related APIs and markup (Javascript, HTML, JSON, etc)
Experience with version controls systems like git.
Experience with real-time environments, systems and communications.
Experience integrating real-time devices using communication protocols such as MODBUS or DNP3.
Experience with Windows Operating Systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
