Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst (DA) to join our team. The BIA will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, create reports, build dashboards, and drive data-driven solutions that optimize business operations.

Collect, clean, and organize raw data from multiple sources.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Use statistical methods and analytical techniques to generate insights.
Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
Support business decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations).
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Communicate findings clearly through visualizations and presentations.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of SQL (joins, subqueries, stored procedures).
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
Understanding of statistics & probability.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines (a plus).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
