What You'll Do

Analyze data from case management and utilization review systems to create accurate, client-facing reports and insights.
Audit Nurse Case Management reports for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with California Workers’ Compensation regulations.
Develop professional presentations and support compliance reviews, client decision-making, and audit readiness.
Collaborate with compliance, clinical, and account management teams while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team success.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in healthcare reporting, compliance monitoring, or case management support.
Must reside in California with a reliable home office setup.
Strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Preferred: Knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation, compliance audits, and Title 8 CCR; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); bilingual in Spanish a plus.
