We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for data analysis projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Utilize SQL for querying databases and performing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC) by providing input on project requirements and deliverables.
Employ programming languages such as Python and R for advanced data analysis tasks.
Design and implement database structures that support efficient data storage and retrieval.
Conduct business analysis to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize Agile methodologies to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of analytics solutions.
Document processes using tools like Visio to create clear visual representations of workflows.

Requirements

Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
Familiarity with programming languages including Python, R, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell).
Knowledge of ETL processes and tools such as Talend for data integration tasks.
Understanding of database design principles and experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.
Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $73,986.68 - $89,102.24 per year
