We are currently looking for a high-energy, self-motivated, organized individual to work in Hilton Head Island. J. Banks Design is an award-winning design firm of over 55 associates working globally in both the residential and hospitality sectors. This position requires more than the ability to add data to spreadsheets. Our ideal candidate will have excellent data manipulation skills. Working in excel applying filters, sorting columns, and recognizing connections between similar rows of data. This position is temporary, full-time time and will work with our team on Hilton Head Island, SC- No Remote Available and be responsible for updating spreadsheets daily based upon emails received and a set of rules created for the current project.

A partial list of job duties includes the following:

· Clear effective communication and documentation of questions. These questions will be answered in one-on-one meetings.

· Knowledge and experience of applying filters in excel.

· Ability to sort data in multiple columns, a to z and z to a.

· Ability to perform searches through multiple worksheets to find matches.

· Able to use keyboard shortcuts for copying, cutting, pasting, searching is a must as these functions will be used very frequently throughout your day.
