Join Unified Industries Incorporated (UII) as a Applications Software Developer to support the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Department of Quality Assurance, Internal Compliance & Oversight (Quality) – Business Performance Team. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Working with the Business Performance Team, the successful candidate is responsible for supporting the development and execution of Quality’s business intelligence strategy. This includes gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to provide insights that inform business decision-making processes and solutions. The role involves collaborating with various teams across the organization to meet their data needs and provide actionable information to internal stakeholders.

PowerApps & Power Automate: Design and maintain apps and workflows to support BP activities.

Quality Strategic Roadmap Support: Assist in developing and managing quality documentation templates and computerized-based training programs. Business

Process Improvement and Automation: Create and develop innovative and automated solutions to enhance department business operations and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with quality assurance staff and senior management to meet organizational goals.

What You Will Bring: Technical Skills: Required: Demonstrated experience in software and web development, with expertise in Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Automate) and Microsoft SharePoint Online.

Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visual Studio (MS VS), Microsoft Graph API, REST API, ODATA Requests for SharePoint Online, JSON, and CSS for formatting and data transfer.

Experience: 5+ years documentation compliance and establishing templates and document control workflow. Application Support, Agile delivery of Project Management, Reporting Automation and Dashboard solutions for major infrastructure projects and agencies, Software/web development, and providing IT infrastructure solutions for projects and institutions (200+ users).

Skills: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Ability to develop a project plan/schedule and deliver on time.

Education: Bachelor’s preferred, or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of engaging and presenting to Executives and Senior Management.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
