About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Part-Time Data Analyst to join our team onsite in Christiansted, VI. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business, finance, or banking who is passionate about data and eager to contribute to impactful decision-making. The position offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support business decisions
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights
Clean, organize, and validate data for accuracy and completeness
Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
Assist in automating data processes using Python and other tools
Support ongoing data projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong experience with Power BI and Python
Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
Background in business, finance, and/or banking is essential
Master’s degree is preferred
