This role is designed for an individual contributor who can grow into a managerial role. Primary job function will focus on interfacing with external software groups to develop industry-leading, customer focused software. This individual will serve as the bridge between the internal team and external developments. Strong communication skills are required. As needed, this individual may also support internal software development for R&D efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

· Self-motivator

· Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science or STEM discipline preferred

· Developing software to control hardware (e.g., robotics and sensors)

· Skills: C++, .Net Platform, WinUI Framework

· Experience working on collaborative software development team (incl. Git)

· Problem solving oriented, team player

Desired Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience

· Knowledge of non-destructive testing

· Experience leading software development teams and projects

· Experience with Robotics

· Experience developing desktop applications

· Experience writing software for test and evaluation

· Experience with Python

Pay: $90,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
