CTG is seeking to fill a System Engineer – AI & Data Platform Support position for our client in Albany, NY.

Duration: 8 months

Duties:

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for AI & Data Platform users in the semiconductor industry.
Monitor and troubleshoot pipelines, workflows, and AI services in production.
Automate recurring tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and developers for model deployment.
Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and incident response guidelines.
Support platform upgrades, patches, and configuration.
Ensure data pipelines are scalable, secure, and compliant.
Assist in capacity planning, performance tuning, and resource optimization.
Act as a liaison between platform infrastructure and AI/data development teams.
