I run a small but fast-growing automation consultancy that helps other companies streamline their systems using tools like Make, n8n, Airtable, and HubSpot. I’m looking for someone who’s ready to grow with the business, starting as my right-hand developer, learning everything I know, and eventually helping lead a larger team as we scale into a full agency.

You’ll work directly with me, learn hands-on through real client projects, and gain skills that are in high demand, without the corporate formality. What You’ll Do

Assist in building and maintaining automations, integrations, and workflows for small and midsize businesses.
Learn how to design, test, and deploy automations using low-code tools (training provided).
Troubleshoot and optimize existing client workflows.
Document your builds clearly and follow established internal standards.
Work closely with me during training to gradually take ownership of more complex tasks.
Continuously improve quality and efficiency, pay growth is tied directly to this.

Important Notes

This role starts as a contract (1099) position, but the goal is to develop into a full-time role.
Training is hands-on and gradual. Efficiency and capability will build over time.
You’ll have access to sensitive business information, so trust and discretion are essential.
The company is small (right now it's just me) but the growth trajectory is very strong, and you’ll play a key part in that.

Base Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
