Position Summary:

The Senior Data Analyst performs high-quality data analysis to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Collaborating across teams, they develop code and build reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.

EDUCATION: Background in health data science, including biostatistics, epidemiology, health information systems, or related public health field. Master’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years’ experience healthcare analytics or related field

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with (or demonstrated ability and willingness to learn) analytic tools such as R, Python, Excel, PowerBI, and SQL
Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and time management skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and efficiently respond to time-sensitive requests
Able to build and maintain effective working relationships across clinical and administrative teams
Experience with Epic or other electronic health record systems (EHR) preferred
Background in PACE, Medicare, or Medicaid programs preferred

PAY:

$79,040 - $ 122,720 annually, based on experience
