We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Full Stack Web Developer to join our small, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our web applications, working on both the front-end (user interface) and back-end (server-side logic and databases). This role requires a broad skill set, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to take ownership of projects from concept to final product in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications, ensuring cross-platform optimization and performance.
Front-End Development: Architect and implement user-facing features and user interactions using fundamental front-end languages and frameworks.
Back-End Development: Build robust server-side applications, manage data processing, and design scalable systems and APIs.
Database Management: Create and manage databases, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and security.
Collaboration: Work closely with the business owner, graphic designers, and other team members to translate business and design objectives into technical solutions.
Testing and Debugging: Implement testing and debugging processes to ensure application reliability and performance, and provide ongoing maintenance and updates after deployment.
Project Management: Participate in all aspects of the agile software development lifecycle and manage projects from start to finish.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new technologies and emerging developments in web applications and programming languages to ensure our technology stack remains current.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, or Java.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
