As we expand, we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead advanced analytics initiatives that help shape business decisions and optimize performance.

Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will play a critical role in interpreting complex data, generating actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations. This position requires a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to mentor junior analysts and drive data-informed decisions across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business objectives.
Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualization tools for stakeholders.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights for operational and strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards.
Support data integrity and governance practices to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Lead projects that improve data usage, efficiency, and automation within the organization.
Mentor and guide junior analysts in analytical techniques, tools, and best practices.
Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Solid understanding of statistical methodologies and predictive modeling.
Ability to work with large datasets and complex systems.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in staffing/recruitment analytics (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $93,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
