As we expand, we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead advanced analytics initiatives that help shape business decisions and optimize performance.
Role Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will play a critical role in interpreting complex data, generating actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations. This position requires a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to mentor junior analysts and drive data-informed decisions across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business objectives.
- Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualization tools for stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights for operational and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards.
- Support data integrity and governance practices to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Lead projects that improve data usage, efficiency, and automation within the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in analytical techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Solid understanding of statistical methodologies and predictive modeling.
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in staffing/recruitment analytics (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: $93,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
