Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis, proficiency in various analytical tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Duties

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize data effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
Utilize SQL and R for data manipulation, extraction, and analysis.
Implement ETL processes to streamline data integration from various sources.
Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support project management initiatives.
Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Design and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other database management systems.
Document processes and workflows using Visio to enhance team communication and efficiency.
Leverage programming skills in Python, VBA, or Bash (Unix shell) for automation of repetitive tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience in data analysis with a strong understanding of analytics concepts.
Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Experience with ETL tools like Talend is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience in database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
Familiarity with linked data concepts is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills to convey findings clearly to stakeholders.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $71,239.37 - $85,793.65 per year
