We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize data effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Utilize SQL and R for data manipulation, extraction, and analysis.
- Implement ETL processes to streamline data integration from various sources.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support project management initiatives.
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Design and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other database management systems.
- Document processes and workflows using Visio to enhance team communication and efficiency.
- Leverage programming skills in Python, VBA, or Bash (Unix shell) for automation of repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis with a strong understanding of analytics concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL tools like Talend is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
- Familiarity with linked data concepts is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings clearly to stakeholders.

Pay: $71,239.37 - $85,793.65 per year
