Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics models and algorithms to extract insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices for data analysis, modeling, and coding.
- Develop ETL processes to gather and prepare data for analysis from various sources.
- Utilize big data technologies such as Spark to process and analyze large datasets efficiently.
- Conduct experiments to validate models and improve their accuracy over time.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay current with industry trends in data science, machine learning, and quantum engineering.
Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C.
- Strong experience with SQL for database management and querying.
- Familiarity with linked data concepts and their applications in analytics.
- Expertise in ETL processes for data integration from multiple sources.
- Knowledge of big data frameworks like Spark for processing large-scale datasets.
- Experience in analytics techniques including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
- Understanding of quantum engineering principles is a plus but not required.

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
