Data Scientist – Entry Level

We are looking for an Entry Level Data Scientist to join our company. As our Data Scientist, you will help our company leverage advanced data science methodologies and computer information systems technologies to support the continuous enhancement of our AI-first platform, AMA. THE POSITION

Our Data Scientist is mainly responsible for analyzing complex data, developing predictive models, and generating actionable insights that drive innovation, optimize platform performance, and deliver personalized career development and talent management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, curate, and organize complex datasets from online platforms, labor market data, industry reports, AI-driven analytics tools, and proprietary databases to enhance AMA’s personalized career consulting services and enterprise talent management solutions;

- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Python libraries to provide actionable insights for professionals and enterprise clients, enabling real-time monitoring of career progression, recruitment efficiency, and workforce planning outcomes within AMA;

- Conduct market and industry trend analysis through customer surveys, competitor benchmarking, and engagement with professional organizations to refine AMA’s algorithms and ensure the relevance of its career consulting and talent management recommendations;

- Analyze career development and workforce management datasets to identify patterns, predict market trends, and provide strategic recommendations that optimize AMA’s services, enhance recruitment efficiency, and improve employee retention strategies for enterprises;

- Apply advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data mining methodologies to develop predictive models and tailored career roadmaps for professionals while optimizing recruitment and talent strategies for enterprise clients;

- Utilize data extraction, transformation, and analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and ETL pipelines to integrate and process data from disparate systems including Applicant Tracking Systems (“ATS”), HR platforms, and learning management systems, supporting AMA’s AI-powered career consulting and talent management solutions;

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data systems, pipelines, and databases that support AMA’s machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics models, and reporting tools for workforce analytics and career development insights;

- Develop, optimize, and refine machine learning algorithms and predictive models to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of AMA’s AI-driven career planning, mock interview simulations, communication coaching modules, and talent management solutions;

- Collaborate with leadership, product teams, and enterprise clients to define data requirements, validate collected data, and ensure its consistency and quality for informed decision-making and continuous enhancement of AMA;

- Coordinate with outsourced data engineering teams and external partners to conduct ad hoc analyses on labor market trends and workforce analytics, summarizing key findings in reports and presentations for Instance Creator’s leaders and enterprise clients.

Qualifications:

- Education requirement: must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems or a related field.

- Experience: It is entry-level. No job experience is required. We are glad to train you.

- Work authorization: Must have work authorization in the United States. If needed, we also sponsor H-1B applications.
