Job Overview:

Lee College is in the preliminary stage of procuring a new campus-wide ERP system. Our current ERP is PeopleSoft, and in its current format, the system is old and outdated.
We need a new cloud-based ERP that manages our financial, purchasing, payments, student interface, and other operations.

EXPERIENCE-

Required Qualifications & Skills:

10 Years: knowledge of developing needs, specifications from a large group of various departments.
1 Year: experience in delivering a cloud-based solution in an educational environment.

Contract Details:

The primary work location(s) will be at 200 Lee Drive, Baytown, Texas 77520.
The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework.
Lee College will provide pre-approved, written authorization for travel for any services to be performed away from the primary work location(s). Pre-approved travel expenses are limited to the rates and comply with the rules prescribed by the State of Texas for travel by its classified employees, including any requirement for original receipts.
Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through Lee College. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.
Services are expected to start on 06/02/2025 and are expected to be completed by 06/02/2026. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
