We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data flow management and analysis within commercial buildings. This role is responsible for managing building data streams, identifying energy-saving opportunities, and analyzing regulatory and utility invoices. The ideal candidate is comfortable with large datasets, excels at organization, and can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor data flow from commercial buildings into online platforms
- Analyze building-related energy data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Evaluate utility and regulatory invoices for discrepancies and insights
- Maintain accurate and organized data records
- Collaborate with internal teams to support data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably in energy, facilities, or engineering data
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Airtable and Tableau

Pay: $35.00 - $39.89 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
