Business support for Sales users across all business units: ·
- Onboard new users to profitability toolsets ·
- Become subject matter expert on required security active directory groups, understanding their purpose and data dependencies ·
- New user credentials, AD security requests, and welcome package · Security modification requests – add, delete, change security ·
- Work with users experiencing basic technical difficulties or needing onboarding support ·
- Maintain data integrity and governance for tables supporting areas such as margin and revenue growth and global accounts ·
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing for new enhancements ·
- Partner with Profitability team to provide user support on new and existing toolsets ·
- Partner with Business Units to identify tool enhancements to better support the business and recommend them to the development team for consideration ·
- Work with IT to find ways to improve and streamline processes as they arise for the new consolidated organization ·
- Responsible for maintaining process and procedure documentation relating to training and support.
- Modifying documentation based on changing technology suite and business requirements. ·
- Considerable interaction with other departments will be required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree – Business, Finance, Accounting or Marketing
- High energy level; creative thinking; ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and deliver on commitments.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ideal candidate would be required to possess decision making skills along with strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for data mining, creating analytical models, KPI reporting, validating large quantities of data transactions, trend analysis and generating ad hoc reports.

General Office – Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time.

Compensation Details $24.92 - $31.14 Per Hour
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
