Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and have experience working in an Agile environment. This role involves leveraging data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven solutions align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with project management teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using tools like Talend to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Create visual representations of data using Visio and other visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to vaticinate future trends based on historical data.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on progress towards goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to smash barriers to effective data utilization across the organization.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, demonstrating strong data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Proficiency in ETL processes and tools, particularly Talend.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Visio for presenting complex information clearly.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and its application in data projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to watch for emerging trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
