Job Responsibilities include fine-tuning the pre-trained LLM on particular use cases in Humanoid Robots and Autonomous Driving Cars, working on efficient LLMs that can be deployed locally in Robots and Cars, developing and maintaining LLM training and deployment pipelines scalable to massive production, leveraging large scale datasets and computational resources, generating synthetic data to improve data diversity and quality, and communicating with different teams on product needs across the company. Minimum Skill Requirements include a Ph.D in Computer Science or related fields, solid background in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, speech or data, experience with LLMs, strong python programming and software development skills, and excellent communication skills. Preferred skills include deep understanding of language model architectures, LLM training knowledge, quantization techniques, familiarity with LLM relevant technologies such as SFT, RLHF, prompt engineering, RAG, and a record of publications, innovations or leadership.
