You’ll work directly with the founding team to build and scale a category-defining product for large enterprises and high-growth startups alike. What You'll Do
- Own core parts of the product and infrastructure, working across the backend and frontend
- Collaborate closely with the founders and early customers to shape the roadmap
- Rapidly prototype, ship, and iterate on product features based on user feedback
- Help scale the platform to meet the needs of enterprise clients
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture focused on speed, quality, and user impact
What We’re Looking For
- 4–10 years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering
- Proven track record of building and shipping products in a fast-moving startup environment
- Experience with modern backend frameworks (Python / FastAPI) and frontend technologies (React / Next.js)
- Strong product sense and a desire to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (on-site role)

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $200,000 – $270,000
- Equity: 0.2% – 0.6%
- Full-time, on-site role with high growth and ownership potential
