Job Title: Front End Developer
Location: Hill AFB, UT. - (Remote)

Duties
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop user interfaces with React and JavaScript & TypeScript (ES6+).
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented JavaScript/React code.
- Build and maintain reusable React components.
- Manage application state using React patterns and libraries.
- Integrate with backend APIs using JavaScript.
- Optimize React application performance.
- Implement responsive designs using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Write unit tests for React components (e.g., Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library).
- Debug and troubleshoot JavaScript and React code.
- Collaborate on code reviews.
- Utilize Git for version control.
- Stay current with the latest React and JavaScript best practices.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Conduct training sessions on new technologies or techniques.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for components, APIs, and workflows.
- Document architectural decisions and design patterns.
- Follow security best practices to prevent vulnerabilities like XSS and CSRF.
- Sanitize user inputs.
- Stay updated on security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Conduct training sessions on new technologies or techniques.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- 3-10 years of relevant experience.
- Build React components and manage application state.
- Use JavaScript to write functions and manage data.
- Fetch data from APIs to populate applications.
- Use debugging tools to find and fix code errors efficiently.
- Track and share code changes effectively with Git.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems.
- Communicate technical concepts and ask questions clearly.
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and development practices.
