Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of patient-specific digital twin models integrating genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, imaging, and clinical data.
- Design predictive algorithms for disease progression, treatment efficacy, and adverse event risk modeling.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines for multi-modal data ingestion and processing.
- Develop simulation frameworks to test intervention strategies before real-world application.
- Implement machine learning and computational modeling techniques for real-time decision support.
- Work closely with medical experts to ensure models are clinically relevant, explainable, and regulatory compliant.
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model development and validation.
- Publish results and contribute to thought leadership in digital twin and precision medicine research.

- Education: PhD or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience: 5–8+ years in data science, with at least 3 years in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences.
- Proven expertise in multi-modal data integration and time-series modeling.
- Strong skills in machine learning (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) using Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with simulation modeling frameworks (e.g., agent-based models, systems biology modeling, digital twin architectures).
- Familiarity with biomedical ontologies, EHR/EMR systems, and FHIR/HL7 standards.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and model validation in healthcare.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific questions into computational solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in precision medicine, pharmacogenomics, or drug discovery pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps best practices.
- Publications or conference presentations in digital twin, predictive healthcare, or computational biology.
What We Offer?
- Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
- Availability for relocation is offered
- The opportunity to drive innovation in the personalized medicine space.
