Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our enterprise support team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies while supporting mission-critical systems in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of enterprise-level technical support or break/fix troubleshooting experience
Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS; working knowledge of JavaScript a plus
Familiarity with HL7 FHIR standards preferred

Key Skills & Attributes

Excellent written and verbal communication; able to serve as a trusted advisor to customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, especially on escalated issues (level 2+)
Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented with proven ability to collaborate across functions

Preferred Experience

Exposure to EHR systems such as Epic, Meditech, Cerner, or Allscripts
Hands-on experience with cloud-based SaaS or DaaS platforms
