Are you a data-savvy problem solver with a passion for precision and regulatory compliance? Join our client as they embark on a major data migration journey from a legacy system to a modern PLM/ALM platform.
They are looking for a Data Analyst Contractor who thrives in fast-paced environments, can work independently, and has a sharp eye for data quality. This is a 6-month contract with a strong chance of extension—but please note, this is not a contract-to-hire.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Clean, correct, and prepare engineering and regulatory datasets for migration from SolidWorks PDM to PTC Windchill.
- Analyze large datasets to identify inconsistencies and compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with global teams and two onsite team members.
- Support audit and traceability requirements for sensitive data (ITAR, CUI, Export Controlled).
- Participate in dry runs and migration testing.
🧠 What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in aerospace, defense, or government contracting.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience with data cleansing, data correction, and regulatory data handling.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.
📍 Location & Schedule:
- 100% onsite in Twinsburg, OH
- Flexible working hours
- Some collaboration with international teams
💼 Contract Details:
- 6-month contract with high likelihood of extension
- Pay: $40–$50/hr
- Interview process: Phone/virtual screen with hiring manager → Final onsite panel interview
