Summary:
In this role, you will be an active, productive member of an Agile/Scrum team. You will collaborate with others to deliver software in a team-based environment.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, enhance, code, test, debug defined user stories.

Review test cases and support quality assurance efforts.

Play an active role in story break-up and grooming, collaborating with others to story completion.

Complete and maintain documentation.

Support continuous improvement.
-
Resolve application defects by debugging and bug cycle support.
-
Maintain awareness of technical trends and emerging technology.
-
Seek out and receive technical mentoring from more experienced employees.

Meet training requirements and follow established procedures.

Use and grow skills with applicable tools and technologies in accordance with existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and frameworks.

Adhere to established Architecture/Design standards.
Qualifications:
-
Relevant degree preferred.
-
No prior work experience required.
-
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies desired.

Experience with .Net, C#, Java, SQL concepts preferred.
-
Experience in a pair-programming environment preferred.
-
Experience in a cloud-based environment preferred.
-
You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $47,800.00 to $91,000.00.
