The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team, the primary role of the Senior Data Analyst is to leverage data to extract meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making and business growth. What You’ll Do:
Work closely with business and technical teams in the analysis of business problems and use creative problem solving to deliver actionable output.
Deliver and lead the company through high-quality data-driven business analyses, empirically derived analytic models, and strategies that address business issues and provide key insights.
Develop an ongoing revision of long-term strategic plans for analytics
deliverables.
Optimize the company-wide data acquisition program, creating a standard approach for acquiring and evaluating unique data asset quality with compliant and enterprise-wide usage rights.
Build scalable data pipelines, establish, and set benchmarks and key performance indicators of the overall health of the business, as well as success metrics for product and marketing initiatives.
Develop data management practices, and unique and secure storing and sharing mechanisms, in line with security best practices and data laws and regulations (including but not limited to GDPR), as well as the governance of the lifecycle of data from initial creation or acquisition to its eventual retention or deletion. Monitor compliance with such laws and best practices.
Design and implement test plans to validate data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical models, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency across environments. Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues.
Effectively communicate with leadership team about results of analyses.

What You’ll Bring:
2+ years’ experience working as a Data Analyst with business information.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be authorized to legally work for any employer in the US and be willing to submit to background checks.
Must also be fluent in English with other language proficiency a plus.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
Experience with distributed data frameworks like Hadoop and spark to write and debug data pipelines.
Good understanding of development processes and best practices like engineering standards, code reviews and testing.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary for this role, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is [$80,000 – $110,000], depending on experience and location.
