The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Data Pipeline Engineer to design, build, and maintain the data pipelines that help us support our customers. As part of a small team, you’ll have the opportunity to own projects from end to end, make key technical decisions, and directly see the impact of your work. You won’t be just another cog in the machine. Your contributions will play a critical role in ensuring our data infrastructure is robust and efficient. This is a hands-on role where collaboration, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset are essential.

The must-haves
- 5–7 years of professional experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with at least one data scripting language (e.g., Python).
- Experience with a “preferred” object-oriented programming language such as C#, C++, or Java.
- Proven ability to design and implement data pipelines in production environments.
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with data integration tools, APIs, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Implement best practices for data quality, governance, and security.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the performance of existing data systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate data delivery across multiple projects and stakeholders.
