Job Title: Data AnalystJob Description
The Data Analyst is responsible for the reporting and analysis of company and lease vehicles. The objective of this position is to work as part of the data team to fulfill the data needs of the Company Vehicles Department. The data team member will also coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure the timely distribution of inventory data.
Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain various inventory reports periodically and as requested.
- Provide valuable ad-hoc data analysis to leadership as needed.
- Actively develop ways to improve reporting.
- Update and maintain the Company Vehicle Administration website.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence from associates.
- Research and resolve associate inquiries.
- Conduct testing and validation of system enhancements and issues.
- Identify and request system improvements.
- Work as part of the team in the development of new special projects.
Essential Skills
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user.
- Aptitude with AHM Mainframe / CICS system.
- Experience in data analysis, data entry, and reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP, pivot tables, V-lookups, and deduction.
Work Environment
The position requires working four days onsite and one day remotely.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.50/hr.
