As a Data Analyst, you will support business stakeholders by developing reports and applying analytical techniques to uncover actionable insights. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing reports that guide team productivity, order fulfillment, and other performance metrics. You will also challenge the status quo by identifying data trends and patterns to inform process optimizations that increase operational efficiency.
Your role will involve collecting, transforming, and analyzing data; producing reports; and contributing to the improvement of operational processes. You will focus on key development cycle tasks such as data cleaning, exploration analysis, and data visualization. Additionally, you will contribute to projects across the Operational Excellence team—including Development, Process Excellence, and Application functions—to support strategic initiatives. A strong component of this role includes supporting and maintaining ETL pipelines to ensure the reliability and accuracy of analytical data flows.
Major Areas of Accountability
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to support accurate and timely data ingestion from various source systems.
Provide data and insights for our operational teams to work efficiently and continuously improve performance.
Develop and maintain analytical tools and applications including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate to provide actionable insights for operational teams.
Perform data enrichment tasks and maintain data quality standards by implementing regular data audits and validation processes.
Identify and define marketing campaign segments and target groups in CRM and other systems.
Analyze impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns including product launches and automated engagement campaigns.
Provide analytical support in ad hoc projects and strategy development.
Analyze and refine existing workflows to enhance efficiency and system scalability.
Research and implement new tools, frameworks, or techniques to elevate the team's capabilities.
Provide coverage for requests from other analysts’ covered functions as needed.
Adhere to strict healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, to ensure data privacy and security.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably with experience in the DME, Medical Device or Healthcare sector.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical outputs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work successfully as an individual and team contributo
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to relational database design and querying concepts, preferably with T-SQL.
Experience with Business Intelligence Visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
Experience building and managing ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, SSIS, Power Query, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Agile Development concepts, preferably exposure to Azure DevOps.

Competitive Compensation: The starting hourly rate for this position is $32.39. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation for applicable experience and may also be eligible for bonuses and/or incentives. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
