Description:
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Junior Data Scientist to join our growing data team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple business units, handling diverse datasets, and building solutions that combine data science, analytics, and business intelligence.
You will play a key role in cleaning, processing, and analyzing data to support decision-making, create dashboards, and contribute to machine learning and AI initiatives. As part of developing data function, you’ll be involved in a wide range of projects, gaining exposure to different tools, techniques, and business challenges as the company’s data strategy evolves.

Collaborate with business and data teams to collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple internal and external sources.

Write efficient and scalable SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and transform data.

Build and maintain dynamic dashboards in Power BI (preferred) or Tableau to deliver actionable insights.

Develop robust data processing and analytical scripts using Python (preferred), R, or PySpark.

Conduct exploratory data analysis, identify data issues, and ensure data quality.

Assist in the development, evaluation, and tuning of machine learning models.

Support the creation and optimization of data pipelines.

Prepare clear and reusable documentation, including templates for modeling, analysis, and reporting notebooks. Ensure code is well-commented, structured, and easy to maintain or scale.

Communicate findings through well-designed visualizations and reports tailored for non-technical stakeholders.

Contribute to the design and implementation of data platform components including data fabric architecture, notebooks, and data products.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a data scientist or data analyst role.

Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Power BI (preferred) or Tableau.Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python (preferred), R, or Spark.

Understanding of data structures, querying, and basic machine learning models.

Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and handling data quality issues.

Ability to build insightful dashboards and translate data into clear, actionable business insights for stakeholders.

Familiarity with data platform concepts such as data lakehouses, data lakes, data warehouses, and cloud-based environments.

Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or data fabric architecture concepts is a strong plus.

Experience with Salesforce reporting, data mapping, or integration is a strong plus.
