We’re looking for a
Data Analyst I to join our Program Delivery team! If you love turning numbers into stories and spotting patterns others might miss, this could be the perfect role for you. In this position, you’ll dig into data, uncover insights, and help improve performance for both our team and the clients we serve. Your work will play a big role in helping us understand the bigger picture and make smarter, data-driven decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to improve data ecosystems. Support system and process development.
- Monitor and enforce standards, policies, and procedures established by the business line, clients, and regulatory entities.
- Provide training for routine tasks.
- Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all internal and external data.
- Provide timely communication to the project team(s) and adhere to the project management process.
- Responsible for metrics tracking, associated reporting to stakeholders, and compliance with regulatory, corporate, and business function procedures during all project phases.
- Up to 10% travel required.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university.
- 1+ years of relevant data analytics experience, which includes a fundamental understanding of data storage, maintenance, visualization, reporting, and usage.
- Proficient in SQL for querying and transforming relational datasets.
- Skilled in Python for data wrangling, analysis, and visualization.
- Adept at using Data Analysis tools/software such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical skills.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Applied Mathematics or Statistics, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
- Experience with R or other scripting languages is a plus.
