We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to support the Integration Program of newly acquired business units, with a primary focus on Operational Technology (OT) and SCADA systems. This role is critical to ensuring that technology assets are integrated seamlessly into the company's environment, with minimal disruption to operations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in IT and systems integration, with the ability to manage program documentation, support project milestones, and contribute to comprehensive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Asset Integration
- Lead and support the transition of newly acquired SCADA and OT systems into the company's infrastructure.
- Ensure integration efforts align with corporate standards, security requirements, and operational needs.
Business Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Develop specifications, process documentation, and use cases to support integration activities.
Vendor Onboarding & Management
- Coordinate all aspects of vendor onboarding, including RFP creation, SOW development, evaluation of proposals, and participation in vendor selection.
- Support ongoing vendor communication and alignment throughout the integration lifecycle.
Project Milestone & Risk Management
- Assist in planning, execution, and tracking of project milestones.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution.
- Ensure deliverables align with program timelines and objectives.
Technology Support & Testing
- Collaborate with IT and OT technical teams to develop integration solutions.
- Support testing, validation, and implementation of new systems, tools, and procedures.
- Assist in the creation of OT operational procedures and documentation.
Change Management & Cutover
- Track and manage change requests, deployment timelines, and cutover activities.
- Ensure structured transition through effective change management and production cutover processes.
Criteria & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role.
- Strong background in Mergers & Acquisitions and Systems Integration Projects/Programs.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Trello, Power BI, or other project management/reporting platforms.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems, including SCADA, HMI, and Control systems, particularly in gas pipeline or utility environments.
- Previous experience working with professional services organizations and third-party vendors.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot integration challenges in complex technical environments.

Pay: $45.00 - $49.00 per hour
