Embedded Data Engineer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic team player to join our Loan Operations & Analytics team as an Associate. This role will support the full CLO management business, with a particular focus on data engineering, automation, and reporting.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a data engineer within the loan operations team, leveraging technical skills to design data warehouses, implement data pipelines, and manage job schedules.
- Convert manual reporting and analytics into Tableau dashboards, powered by Snowflake.
- Build trend and exception reports using historical data housed in a relational database.
- Develop and maintain return and track record calculations.
- Partner with the trading desk on expanding analytics and metrics.
- Support additional ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Python and SQL.
- 2+ years of Snowflake, or Data Bricks
- Experience building reports in Tableau

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency with attention to detail, ensuring execution is quick and accurate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
