Overview:
Seeking a Data Analysis Engineer. The role involves building Tableau dashboards, Python scripting, and working with hardware-generated data. This role will focus on building interactive Tableau dashboards, developing Python scripts, analyzing datasets, and creating clear visualizations to drive insights for engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards for hardware and operational data reporting.
- Write and optimize Python scripts for data processing, automation, and analysis.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis to extract insights.
- Manage and process large datasets, including uploading and parsing CSV files from hardware systems.
- Build clear and effective data visualizations to communicate trends, anomalies, and key findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- AI/ML knowledge where relevant to support predictive analysis and pattern recognition.
- Leverage exposure to embedded systems to contextualize hardware-generated data and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Tableau (dashboard design, advanced calculations, performance optimization).
- Proficiency in Python (data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn).
- Solid background in data analysis, statistics, and visualization best practices.
- Experience with data uploads, ETL workflows, and handling hardware-generated files (CSV, JSON, etc.).
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and how to apply them to real-world datasets.
- Exposure to embedded systems data or hardware-related analytics is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
