We are seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for creating and analyzing key reports in addition to being a key member of our revenue cycle team.
Responsibilities
- Provides data, reporting and other actionable information to management team
- Analyze healthcare data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights driving business decisions and enhancing patient care
- Assist in developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools using Excel, Power BI, and other relevant technologies
- Collaborate with senior leadership and departments to understand objectives, provide data analyses supporting strategic initiatives, and offer operational enhancement recommendations
- Connect to and integrate data from various sources into Power BI
- Perform data cleansing, transformations, and optimize data models
- Work closely with leadership teams to understand data needs and provide tailored analytics to support decision-making
- Support data initiatives using BI tools and data visualization softwares
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client services, operations, finance, and fundraising initiatives based on integrated data analysis
- Usage of company tools and resources such as CRMs as required by department
- Creates financial reports and analysis required to understand the key business areas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency using Power BI, Excel and SQL
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or related
