About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to join our Training / Consulting department. In this hourly, full-time role, you will play a critical part in gathering and analyzing valuable data to inform business decisions and guide strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, a keen analytical mindset, and a passion for uncovering insights that drive results.
What You'll Do

Collect and analyze data on consumer preferences, market trends, and competitive positioning.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify new market opportunities.

Interpret data findings and deliver actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement research-driven strategies.

Create and present detailed reports on industry trends and market dynamics.

Support training and consulting efforts by supplying research-backed insights.

Monitor ongoing projects to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.

Expert knowledge of market research methodologies and statistical tools.

Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
The pay range for this role is:
40 - 44 USD per hour(San Francisco, CA)
