We’re seeking a Lead Data Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and working with cutting-edge cloud technologies. In this role, you’ll design and deliver next-generation data platforms that enable smarter decisions and fuel digital innovation at scale.

What You’ll Do

Build and optimize data pipelines, integrations, and platforms that power enterprise-wide analytics.
Lead technical design and development efforts across cloud-based and on-prem environments.
Use your expertise in Python, Java, Scala, and SQL to engineer scalable, secure solutions.
Leverage modern data tools and platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases.
Collaborate with product leaders, architects, and business partners to deliver reliable and impactful data solutions.
Mentor team members, set engineering best practices, and raise the technical bar.
Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative tools and methods to the team.

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
4+ years of software or data engineering experience.
Experience with big data ecosystems and at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years in development with modern languages (Python, Scala, Java, SQL).
Deep knowledge of distributed systems, real-time data streaming, and large-scale data processing.
Hands-on background with data warehousing and NoSQL technologies.
Strong UNIX/Linux knowledge, including shell scripting.
Agile delivery experience in cross-functional teams.
