FSR Analyst
Location: Washington, DC
Job Description
Serve as an FSR Analyst
Work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users
Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases
Solve unique and challenging problems
Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise
Provide desk-side training to analysts
Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
Staff the Help Desk
- Respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues
Provide feedback to the engineering team about product
Attend and provide assistance during briefings with senior leaders
Provide support in addressing RFIs and answering questions from senior leaders
Aid analysts in the development and enhancement of geo-spatial tools
Provide onsite support, delivering direct assistance to users
Help develop valuable workflows for analysts
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
Prior experience with Gaia (required)
- Gotham or Foundry experience is a plus
Technical background with working knowledge of:
- HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration
Experience training analyst in a classroom setting
Strong knowledge of Excel
Experience working within DOD, including joint capacities and with high-ranking military officials
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

- working in fusion cells: 5 years (Preferred)
