Primary Skills

Expert with SQL Server (other databases are acceptable, but must know SQL Server)
SQL and advanced database management
Data modeling and ETL/ELT processes
Data pipeline development and DataOps
Data warehousing and lakehouse architecture
Data privacy, security, and governance
Data modeling experience and techniques
Designing flexible data architectures that adapt to changing business needs
Implementing robust security measures without hindering data accessibility
Upholding compliance with data privacy regulations

Secondary skill sets are:

Soft skills and cross-functional collaboration.
GIT fundamentals, version control and continuous integration and continuous delivery
Must be able to speak confidently with C-Level stakeholders.
