About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Delivery Manager to lead high-performance software delivery across our global teams. This full-time, onsite role in Dunwoody, GA will be responsible for ensuring delivery velocity, quality, and alignment across distributed teams and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, is fluent in agile practices, and brings hands-on experience with modern delivery tools and technologies. This is a highly visible leadership position for someone passionate about driving scalable, high-quality outcomes while coordinating collaboration across time zones and cultures.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 30+ resources, including both onshore and offshore/nearshore.
Drive end-to-end software delivery execution with a focus on velocity, quality, and continuous improvement.
Partner with leadership to align delivery goals with business objectives.
Oversee project execution across implementation, enhancements, upgrades, migrations, and production support.
Promote best practices in agile delivery and distributed team collaboration.
Ensure effective use of modern delivery, DevOps, and monitoring tools to optimize productivity.

Technical Environment

Operate fluently across a modern delivery stack, including:

Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
Backend: .NET Core, C#, Node.js
Data: SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake, Databricks
Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes
Monitoring & Quality: SonarQube, Postman, Testim, Azure Monitor, Power BI
AI & Automation: GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and internal AI-driven tools for test generation and productivity tracking

Qualifications

Proven experience leading teams of 30+ across onshore and offshore/nearshore locations.
Strong track record of delivery management in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
Hands-on knowledge of agile practices and distributed team dynamics.
Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project success.
Solid understanding of full-stack delivery, DevOps, and cloud-native workflows.
