The organization is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Family Office to oversee the financial, operational, and personal affairs of the founding family. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring discretion, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of multi-generational wealth management.

Position Overview

The Director of Family Office will serve as a trusted advisor and operational leader, managing all aspects of the family's financial affairs, estate planning, philanthropic initiatives, and personal assets. This individual will coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with the family's long-term goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations including budgeting, investment oversight, tax planning, and cash flow management. • Coordinate with legal, tax, and investment advisors to support estate planning, trust administration, and succession strategies. • Oversee philanthropic initiatives, including foundation governance and charitable giving. • Manage administrative staff and vendors supporting family assets, properties, and lifestyle needs. • Develop and maintain systems for reporting, compliance, and governance. • Ensure confidentiality and high-touch service across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in family office leadership, private wealth management, or financial advisory roles. • Strong understanding of tax strategy, estate planning, investment management, and philanthropic structures. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and discretion in handling sensitive information. • Experience managing multi-entity structures and working with high-net-worth families.
