WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A Data Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience working with SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Azure while possessing a strong foundation in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing concepts. They should also be proficient in leveraging Power BI and data visualization to deliver meaningful insights to business stakeholders.
What you’ll Do (Responsibilities)
As a Data Engineer you’ll be responsible for:

Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF)

Implement ETL processes and data integration workflows to ensure efficient data movement and transformation

Utilize data warehousing concepts to structure and manage large datasets efficiently

Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide business insights and support informed decision-making

Design and implement data models to support reporting and analysis

Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data workflows and ETL processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements

Develop and maintain technical documentation
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure cloud-based data solutions

Proficiency in SQL for data querying, optimization, and database management

Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing best practices

Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data ingestion and orchestration

Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with data pipelines and reports

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels

This position requires the ability to come into the office on an as-needed basis
