Customer Ops Data Analyst
- The Data Analyst plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by ensuring the accurate and timely execution of drop ship and e-commerce product data across key accounts. You are responsible for leading drop ship assortment reviews and meeting seasonal item setup deadlines to allow for seamless order placement. Your oversight of wholesale costs and chargebacks provides actionable insights that support financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Additionally, you manage purchase orders and invoice payments to ensure the uninterrupted flow of essential goods and services, contributing to the overall success of the supply chain and customer satisfaction.
What You'll do:
- Lead regular drop ship meetings with Sales, Customer Service, and Demand Planning to review assortments and optimize performance.
- Generate and analyze wholesale reports to monitor costs, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Provide seasonal and ad-hoc data and assets to Sales Teams and Wholesale Customers.
- Ensure approved assortments and data feeds are accurately executed for drop ship programs.
- Build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships to streamline data flow.
- Assist with onboarding and approval of new Drop Ship/E-Commerce customers.
- Conduct operational analysis of drop ship forecasts, sales, and productivity.
- Learn, develop and share additional business intelligence & reporting capabilities within the wholesale operations space.
- Support transactional readiness and digital shelf initiatives.
- Contribute to planned and ad-hoc business projects.
- Manage purchase orders and invoice payments to maintain continuity of essential goods and services.
- Revenue growth from drop ship customers by aligning Sales and Operations Planning.
- Item setups completed without errors across drop ship and e-commerce platforms.
- Accurate and on time delivery of regular reports to enable the business to understand the cost to serve customers and chargebacks to improve operational efficiency.
- Accurate and on time delivery of data requests to trouble shoot drop ship errors.
What You'll Bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Office applications.
- Operationally minded: motivated and able to learn and understand end-to-end processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience handling confidential data in regulated environments.
- Customer-focused mindset with effective decision-making skills.
