Your Impact
As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting plant operations through financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and enhance cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and performance metrics
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and report on inventory, cost accounting, and capital expenditures
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements
• Maintain accuracy in financial data and support audit readiness
• Collaborate with plant leadership to understand financial drivers and KPIs
• Contribute to capital planning and project tracking
• Help ensure strong internal controls and compliance
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus
